Viborg GF Junior Girls participated in Festival del Sole (International gymnastics festival) in Riccione, Italy last summer. The City Performance at Arena Giardini went brilliantly for Viborg GF Teamgym with their awesome tumbling and rhythm program – see the great video above!
Viborg GF Junior Girls Teamgym is a team which have great fun being together and which value team spirit. They train three daily evenings once a week. Last year they was Nr. 2 at the Danish Championship in Team Gym for junior girls.

Vi er et udtaget konkurrencehold for årgang 2002-2005. Vi træner seriøst 3 gange om ugen fordelt på 2 springtræninger og 1 rytmetræning, ligesom vi laver en del hjemmetræning.
Som hold stiller vi op til regionsmesterskabet samt Forbundsmesterskaberne. Herudover deltager vi i 1-2 individuelle konkurrencer. Der er gennem sæsonen flere overnatningsweekender, hvor vi træner målrettet, lærer nye fede spring, men samtidig bruges weekenderne også på at styrke sammenholdet på holdet. Sidste sæson blev vi nr. 2 til DM.
Når der trænes på dette høje niveau, forventes høj grad af forældreinvolvering.
